Between 1999 – 2023, A.R.A.D. participated in 11 research, innovation, and technology transfer projects.
IAIR 2000, funded by the Open Society Foundation with the aim of training and technically assisting 140 rural entrepreneurs from 8 counties: Satu Mare, Cluj, Sălaj, Maramureş, Bacău, Suceava, Olt, and Constanţa in 2000.;
Organic (Ecological) Agriculture – A New Opportunity for Cooperation in the ‘Lower Danube (Silistra – Călăraşi)’ Euroregion”, a CBC project funded by the EU, in 2007.;
The Agronomic and Environmental Impact of Organic (Ecological) Agriculture Systems in Romania and Greece, a bilateral project conducted during the period 2003-2005.;
Integrated Support System for Farmers and Farmer Associations in Călărași County for Sustainable Cultivation of Agricultural Lands, funded by MAPAM and the World Bank during the period 2004-2006;
Support for the implementation of recommendations and the introduction of standards regarding organic production and products, as well as measures for consumer information in Bulgaria and Romania, funded by the ‘Enlargement’ Directorate of the European Commission, in 2007;
ECOLEARNING, a project funded through the LEONARDO DA VINCI program, during the period 2008-2010;
LIVESEED – Improving the performance of organic agriculture by boosting organic plant breeding efforts and organic seed production in Europe, funded through the EU ‘HORIZON 2020’ program – RIA funding scheme, during the period 2017 – 2021;
RUBIZMO – Replicable business models for modern rural economies, funded through the EU ‘HORIZON 2020’ program – RIA funding scheme, during the period 2018 – 2021;
GO-GRASS – Circular business models based on grass for rural agri-food value chains, funded through the EU ‘HORIZON 2020’ program – IA funding scheme, during the period 2019 – 2023;
ALL-Organic – Agroecological living labs for promoting robust and resilient organic production systems, funded through the EU ‘ERANET Horizon 2020’ program – CORE Organic Cofund funding scheme, during the period 2021 – 2024;
Small-Scale Grants for Actors Concerning Biodiversity in South-East Europe ‘Collection Mission’ for local (traditional) populations and varieties of cereals, vegetables, and trees”, funded by “Verein ARCHE NOAH (A.N.)” during the period 2023.
